This event is open to all lifestyles.

An Alternate Lifestyle community center, our events are intended for legal adults with valid I.D., and we expect that all visitors to this site will conduct themselves as responsible adults.

This is a Pan-Sexual dance event with swimming, hot tubing and an area for BDSM where all styles of scening are encouraged and accepted. It is open to all adults (at least 18yo) of any sexual orientation, gender identification, lifestyle choice (Monogamous, Polyamorous, Swinger, etc), or scening style who are members of the Alternative Lifestyle Center or are a guest of a Member. All that is required is that those attending conduct themselves responsibly as adults and abide by the agreements they make during the short membership orientation.

Because this event is open to all adults of any sexual or lifestyle orientation, we expect that everyone will conduct themselves appropriately and attend the membership orientation (must be at least 18 years old to attend). The membership orientation will be very short and will consist of the announcement of some agreements and everyone agreeing to them. There will be a written agreement page to initial and sign and that is it. These events will have a limited staff so we want everyone to be using the same set of agreement standards to preclude any misunderstandings. The agreements will also be posted in each major area during an event so that anyone attending can re-read something if they are not absolutely sure they remember the agreement correctly.

So, yes, you do not have to be a "couple or more". Even if you are a single male or single female you are welcome to attend. Since this is a small and intimate event, if you are expecting to interact with someone in an intimate way it is best to bring or arrange to meet them. All that is required is that everyone that attends handles themselves as an adult and not act as either a predator or a victim.

A Limited Staff Insures the Intimate Elements of the Leather & Lace Experience concept are maintained. We figure that everyone is an adult, and does not need anyone breathing down their throat "inspecting" their particular style of sessioning (I personally dislike the word "play").  Events are open to people of all lifestyle choices and we encourage all sexual orientations and all styles of scening. We expect those coming to this event will have the self-discipline to go to another area of the facility if a particular session is more intense than they can comfortably handle.

You don't need to bring anything but a towel and maybe your “toys”. Light snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks will be provided. Our events are wheelchair accessible.

We are hoping that the “Leather & Lace Experience" will provide a safe and comfortable place for people of all orientations and lifestyles to enjoy themselves.
